Club Members,
If you haven’t done so already, it is time to get out the car wash and wax to get your vehicles nice and shiny. The 2024 car season is approaching us quickly and before you know it, we all will be back out at the lot on Friday nights catching up and eating Ken’s hot dogs buying 50/50s. As the new President, I am excited to see everyone, hear about modifications and new vehicles, up coming shows or just what you have done over the winter months.
Most importantly, I want to thank Tom and Diane Pattan for all their hard work and dedication over the past years. Although they are not going anywhere, they will get a bit of a break (small one). Tom will now support the club as the new Vice President and Diane will continue with the Newsletter and buying of club necessities. An additional thank you goes to all the Board Members, Club Members and Patrons for the 2023 year as it was an excellent year, hopefully the 2024 year will be even better. Of course, without volunteers, Street Survivors of Maryland would not be able to contribute the amount of funds to charities that we have in the past. This year, we are setting the goal higher. With that being said, April 6, 2024 at 10 AM is lot clean up for our opening night on April 12th. I am asking for everyone to provide a lending
hand if possible.
Lastly, many of our members, family and friends have been experiencing health issues. Please keep them in your hearts and prayers. Here is to a great 2024 Street Survivor Season. Feel free to contact any Board Member with questions or comments.
