Street Survivors and Friends,<\/p>\n

Every Friday, as I pull up to the light on Crain Highway before turning into the lot, I always take a moment to see how many of you are already there. Some of you are wiping down your cars, chatting with friends, strolling the rows admiring the rides, or just relaxing in your chairs soaking up the atmosphere. When I park the trailer and start setting up, I\u2019m reminded how lucky we are to have such a dedicated community. I can\u2019t thank you enough \u2014 members and even non-members \u2014 for pitching in each week to help Erin and me with setup and cleanup. Every hand truly makes a difference.<\/p>\n


Our Spring Swap Meet, held May 9th, was a great success! Vendors brought a wide variety of goods \u2014 from homemade jewelry and new-with- tags designer purses to lawn mowers, antiques, tools, kitchen appliances, and even classic vehicles. And let\u2019s not forget the fresh bagels and homemade baked goods \u2014 some of the best I\u2019ve tasted in a long time. We received lots of positive feedback and several requests to host another swap meet before fall. That\u2019s definitely something we\u2019re considering \u2014 stay tuned for updates!<\/p>\n


Next up is the Memorial Day Show on May 24th at the Elks Lodge on Stevenson Road. It\u2019s always a strong turnout, so if you\u2019d like to park together as a group, please arrive together. The opening ceremony begins promptly at 0900 hours \u2014 and if you know the saying, \u201cIf you\u2019re on time, you\u2019re late,\u201d you\u2019ll want to get there early!<\/p>\n

Plenty more shows are coming up around town \u2014 hope to see you and your rides out there!<\/p>\n

Many of our members, family, and friends, have been experiencing health issues. Please keep them in your heart and prayers.<\/p>\n
